When the first 'Help' posters went up, it was unclear whether they were art or ads. Well, some new ones saying 'Lost' popped up right on top of the old 'Help' ones, and these seem to be advertisements. Never seen an artist cap over themselves, and only themselves. These posters have only gone up on these spots usually reserved for advertisements. Also, these posters have ridden for longer than most bombings of these type of signs, which makes it seem like it was done on purchased advertising space.
Eh, at least they aren't capping artists on the streets.
