All the Girls Love Earl had a piece riding at this spot until it got capped by a street add from Frank 151. Earl returned and claimed back the spot with 4 stacked posters.
Over the face of one of the posters is a sticker from 455er/Oiler. Not sure what happened here as it looks like 455er is capping Earl, but these guys used to be friends and collaborate together.
