Our Lives Begin to End the Day We Become Silent About the Things That Matter

An 8x11 paster in Silverlake.  The method might be simple but the message is profound.

The paster has an image of a Martin Luther King Jr. quote saying 'Our Lives Begin to End the Day We Become Silent About the Things That Matter'.

Indeed.  Some folks might not always like the things that M&F writes, but we are trying to fight the good fight, and we use our voice to raise the issues that matter.  We try to do this in the street art world, and the larger picture.

Don't stay silent.  Stay up, Los Angeles!~

What Are You Doing for Others?

Great question.  What are you doing for others?

Martin Luther King Jr. Wheat Paste by Hugh Leeman

Dig this one.

Too many times it seems street art gears towards celebrating celebrities.

It is nice to see some hype for the true heroes.
