LA's street art scene is one of the most active in the world.

Hoever, if there's one thing there doesn't seem to be a lot of are original cartoony characters.  Most places these are a staple of the street scene.  Surprising there isn't more in a place like Los Angeles and one of the hottest creative hot spots in the country.

Here is an interesting cartoon sticker spotted in Culver City with each of the characters having enlarged gums with offset teeth.  Dig it.  Not sure if this is from an artist or an actual cartoon?
