That's not a chic. Its a dude. In full dress up garb and with full 5 o'clock shadow.

Wish we could have got a shot of this dude's face, but even he looked a bit embarrassed and kept turning his back to us as we moved around him.

We don't necessarily hate on cross-dressing. As someone once said "I don't give a damn if some guy wants to dress like a girl. It is, however, your job to convince me." Lol

This guy needs to do some convincing.
