Inside Banksy's 'Sirens of the Lambs' Truck

Here is a glimpse inside Banksy's Sirens of the Lambs truck.

The animals are actually moved by hand held devices, like puppeteers.

BanksyNY - Wag the Tail on the Dog in the Back of the Meat Truck

Banksy's Beaver was already revealed on his website as his street piece for October 10th.  However, right after the Beaver was revealed, the spot was shown to be staged, and it was not an authentic street sign fallen over.

So, while that was developing, all of a sudden a new truck showed up on the streets of New York. This is a gross green with only 'Farm Fresh Meats' written on the front, the side slats have the faces of numerous stuffed animals peering out the side.  According to street sources in New York, the animals are also crying and moving.

Is this Banksy?  Yes.  There is the same phone number as before with #6 on the side.

Not sure if October 10th has 2 Banksy offerings, or like the governments are known to do, perhaps there is a dog wagging its tail in the back of the meat truck, and this is an attempt to deflect from the negativity about the Beaver being staged?

Teacher - Street Art Carcass

Teacher catches another stencil along an entrance to the 101 freeway in Northern California.

Check out the carcass with only bones left from some not-too-small animal which decomposed at this very spot.

Craziness.

Chod - Still Riding Strong

Recently, some comments were made suggesting that this sidewalk paster by Chod was not working out.

As you can see, these current pics show that Chod's piece is still riding strong.  Like an animal.  There is a minor crack at a spot where there is a hole in the cement underneath, but for all intents and purposes, this method of sidewalk pasting seems to have worked successfully.

As far as we know, this 36x24 paster is the largest sidewalk paster to be successfully placed for longer than a few weeks.

Roa - Close Up

Roa's oversized graffiti animals are beautiful and impressive on the streets.

It is fascinating to take a closer look at Roa's artwork, and his aesthetic is built upon a rather simple black and white 'sketch' approach.

Dig it.  Stay up~

Chod - Evolution of Animal

Chod's experiment to seal a giant 36" paster to the ground appears to have worked.

Its a couple of days later, and there are still some spots of Chod's plasticizing material pooled up where it is still damp, but the majority of the poster appears to be solidly affixed to the ground.

Its like watching the evolution of an animal.  As far as we know, this is the biggest version of this being done illicitly, anywhere.

Funny how the spreading plasticizer looks like a splattered money shot hitting Chod's poster.

Stay up!

Chod - Like An Animal

Chod hits a hot spot next to a giant movie poster.

Hot spot--especially since Chod must have climbed up to hit it since he doesn't use a ladder!

Head in a Hole

Roa's animal has its head buried in a hole.  Perhaps it has some Volkswagon sized acorns buried down there.
