Cool dripping stencil girl at Brainwash's 'Art Show 2011'.

Next to some stencils from 3rd Eye. Not sure if the stencil is also from 3rd or another artist?

    The artist's name is Coli, it says it in those blocks to the lower left of the painting

    I think I saw a painting of a boy on Melrose done by this same artist, it had the same blocks in it
