Free Humanity seems to be one of the favorite pieces that people are trying to take home, and this one got cut out with a knife.
It seems that someone tried to cut out this CheObama piece, but gave up when it started to tear.
The 'cut it out' refers to the knife being used. We think that Free is somewhat flattered by the attention given to these pieces.
